PestGuard Pros is a referral service. We connect homeowners and renters looking for residential pest control with independent, local pest control providers who service houses, apartments, and family homes in select zip codes across Colorado, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Washington. We do not perform pest control services ourselves, and we are not a franchise or location of any national pest control brand.
This Site is intended for residential use only. It is not intended for commercial properties, mobile homes, or requests originating outside our current service area. We reserve the right to decline to match a request that falls outside these categories.
When you call the number listed on this Site, your call may be recorded and shared with a local pest control provider for the purpose of scheduling and completing service. By calling, you consent to this use. Actual service, pricing, scheduling, and treatment plans are determined by the local provider you're matched with, not by PestGuard Pros.
While we aim to match every eligible caller with a local provider, availability depends on zip code, technician schedules, and provider capacity. We do not guarantee that a provider will be available in every case.
We aim to keep information on this Site accurate and current, but pest control needs vary by property and situation. Nothing on this Site is a substitute for an in-person inspection by a licensed technician.
PestGuard Pros is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or workmanship of the independent pest control providers we refer you to. Any service agreement, warranty, or guarantee for the pest control work itself is between you and the provider who performs the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
